TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Welcome to Eventill.com. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Eventill.com website, platform, services, event listings, venue-booking services, event-planning services, vendor services, and related features (collectively, the “Services”).
By accessing Eventill.com, creating an account, submitting an event, booking a venue or service, purchasing or reserving access to an event, or otherwise using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use Eventill.com.
1. ABOUT EVENTILL
Eventill.com (“Eventill,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides an event-management and event-services platform that may allow individuals, businesses, organizations, event organizers, venues, and service providers to connect, plan, promote, book, and manage events and related services.
Services available through Eventill may include event planning and coordination, event listings, organizer tools, venue booking, catering, entertainment, DJs, decoration, audiovisual services, event production, guest-management services, and other event-related services.
Certain services available through Eventill may be provided directly by Eventill, while others may be provided by independent organizers, venues, vendors, contractors, or other third parties.
2. ELIGIBILITY
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to create an account, make a booking, submit an event, or enter into a commercial transaction through Eventill.
If you use Eventill on behalf of a business, organization, venue, or other legal entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
3. USER ACCOUNTS
Certain features may require you to create an account.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep your account information updated.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs through your account.
You must notify Eventill promptly if you believe your account has been accessed or used without authorization.
Eventill reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts that contain false information, violate these Terms, create risk for other users, or are used for fraudulent or unlawful activity.
4. EVENT ORGANIZERS
Users who create, submit, publish, promote, or manage events through Eventill are responsible for ensuring that the information they provide is accurate and lawful.
Organizers are responsible for information concerning their events, including event dates, times, locations, descriptions, admission requirements, capacity limits, age restrictions, accessibility information, schedules, speakers, performers, refund terms, and other event-specific conditions.
Unless Eventill is expressly identified as the organizer of a particular event, the event organizer is solely responsible for the operation and delivery of that event.
Eventill may review, reject, remove, or modify listings that violate these Terms, applicable law, intellectual-property rights, or Eventill platform standards.
5. VENUES, VENDORS, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS
Eventill may allow users to request or book venues and event-related services offered by independent third parties.
Third-party venues, caterers, entertainers, decorators, photographers, transportation providers, audiovisual providers, and other vendors are independent service providers unless specifically stated otherwise.
Eventill does not automatically employ, control, or act as the legal representative of independent third-party providers merely because they are displayed, recommended, or booked through the platform.
Third-party providers may establish additional policies, contracts, deposits, cancellation terms, insurance requirements, damage policies, minimum-spend requirements, or other conditions. You are responsible for reviewing and agreeing to those terms before completing a booking.
6. BOOKINGS AND RESERVATIONS
Bookings and reservation requests are subject to availability and confirmation.
Submitting a booking request does not necessarily guarantee that a venue, vendor, event, or service has been reserved until confirmation is provided.
Eventill may communicate with users, organizers, venues, and vendors to coordinate booking details.
You are responsible for reviewing all dates, times, guest counts, locations, services, prices, and other booking information before confirming a transaction.
Changes requested after confirmation may be subject to additional charges or availability limitations.
7. PRICING AND PAYMENTS
Prices displayed through Eventill may include charges established by Eventill, event organizers, venues, vendors, or other service providers.
Additional charges may apply, including taxes, service fees, processing fees, gratuities, deposits, security deposits, delivery fees, overtime charges, or venue-specific fees.
Where online payment is available, payments may be processed by an independent third-party payment processor. By submitting payment information, you authorize the applicable charges associated with your transaction.
Eventill does not guarantee that pricing errors will never occur. If a significant pricing or listing error is discovered before a service is provided, Eventill or the applicable provider may cancel the affected transaction and issue any refund that is legally or contractually required.
8. CANCELLATIONS, REFUNDS, AND EVENT CHANGES
Cancellation and refund eligibility may vary depending on the event, venue, vendor, service, or package purchased.
Any event-specific or booking-specific cancellation policy presented during the booking process will apply to that transaction.
Third-party organizers, venues, and vendors may maintain their own refund and cancellation policies.
Events may occasionally be postponed, relocated, rescheduled, modified, or canceled due to circumstances beyond Eventill’s reasonable control.
Where Eventill is acting only as a platform or intermediary, refund decisions may be subject to the applicable organizer’s, venue’s, or vendor’s policies.
Where Eventill directly provides the purchased service, the cancellation and refund policy communicated for that service will apply.
Processing fees or other charges may be non-refundable where permitted by law and disclosed before purchase.
9. EVENT ATTENDANCE AND CONDUCT
Users attending events are responsible for following the rules established by the event organizer, venue, security personnel, and applicable law.
Event organizers and venues may refuse admission or remove individuals for disruptive, threatening, unsafe, fraudulent, intoxicated, abusive, discriminatory, or unlawful behavior.
Users are responsible for complying with age restrictions, identification requirements, dress codes, security procedures, prohibited-item policies, health and safety requirements, and other event-specific rules.
Eventill is not responsible for personal property that is lost, stolen, damaged, or left at an event except where liability cannot legally be excluded.
10. PHOTOGRAPHY AND MEDIA
Events listed or organized through Eventill may involve photography, video recording, livestreaming, or other media capture.
Organizers are responsible for obtaining any permissions or releases required by applicable law.
Where Eventill directly organizes an event and photography or recording will occur, Eventill may provide additional notices or event-specific media terms.
11. USER CONTENT
Users may be able to submit event descriptions, business information, images, logos, videos, reviews, comments, promotional materials, or other content (“User Content”).
You retain ownership of the User Content you submit.
By submitting User Content to Eventill, you grant Eventill a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, reproduce, resize, format, distribute, and use that content as reasonably necessary to operate, market, and promote Eventill and the applicable event, business, venue, or service.
You represent that you own or have permission to use any content you submit and that its use will not violate the rights of another person or organization.
Eventill may remove content that violates these Terms or applicable law.
12. PROHIBITED USE
You may not use Eventill to engage in fraud, impersonation, harassment, unlawful discrimination, deceptive advertising, intellectual-property infringement, unauthorized data collection, malicious software distribution, payment fraud, illegal event promotion, or any other activity prohibited by law.
You may not attempt to interfere with Eventill’s website, servers, security systems, accounts, databases, payment systems, or other technical infrastructure.
You may not scrape, copy, reproduce, resell, or commercially exploit substantial portions of the Eventill platform without written authorization.
13. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The Eventill name, website design, graphics, branding, logos, software, platform features, text, and other materials owned by Eventill are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
Except as expressly permitted by Eventill, no Eventill-owned content may be copied, modified, reproduced, distributed, sold, licensed, or commercially exploited without written permission.
Third-party trademarks, photographs, event materials, business names, and logos remain the property of their respective owners.
14. THIRD-PARTY WEBSITES AND SERVICES
Eventill may contain links to or integrations with third-party websites, payment processors, social-media platforms, maps, vendors, ticketing systems, or other external services.
Eventill does not control those third-party services and is not responsible for their content, privacy practices, availability, security, or independent terms.
Your use of third-party services is governed by the terms and policies of those third parties.
15. DISCLAIMERS
Eventill works to provide accurate and useful information, but event, organizer, venue, and vendor information may occasionally change or contain errors.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, Eventill does not guarantee the quality, suitability, safety, licensing, availability, performance, or conduct of independent organizers, venues, vendors, attendees, or other third parties.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Eventill website and platform are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
16. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Eventill and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, and representatives will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services.
This may include losses arising from event cancellations, schedule changes, vendor conduct, venue issues, loss of profits, loss of data, travel expenses, missed opportunities, or third-party actions.
Where Eventill is found legally responsible for a claim arising from a specific transaction, Eventill’s aggregate liability will not exceed the amount you paid directly to Eventill for the transaction giving rise to the claim, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so portions of this section may not apply to you.
17. INDEMNIFICATION
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Eventill and its affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, and representatives from claims, damages, liabilities, losses, and reasonable legal expenses arising from your misuse of the Services, violation of these Terms, violation of applicable law, infringement of another party’s rights, or content you submit to Eventill.
18. FORCE MAJEURE
Eventill will not be responsible for delays, cancellations, service interruptions, or failures caused by circumstances outside its reasonable control.
Such circumstances may include severe weather, natural disasters, public-health emergencies, government restrictions, labor disruptions, utility failures, transportation disruptions, venue closures, acts of terrorism, civil unrest, internet outages, supplier failures, or other extraordinary events.
19. PRIVACY
Your use of Eventill is also subject to our Privacy Policy.
The Privacy Policy explains how Eventill may collect, use, store, and disclose personal information.
By using the Services, you acknowledge that you have reviewed the Eventill Privacy Policy.
20. ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS
By providing an email address, telephone number, or other contact information, you agree that Eventill may send communications relating to your account, bookings, inquiries, reservations, events, transactions, security matters, and customer support.
Marketing communications will be handled in accordance with applicable law, and users may unsubscribe from eligible promotional communications.
21. TERMINATION
Eventill may suspend or terminate access to the Services where reasonably necessary to protect Eventill, its users, its partners, or the public, including in response to fraud, abuse, unlawful conduct, repeated policy violations, security concerns, or nonpayment.
You may stop using the Services at any time.
Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.
22. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
Eventill may update these Terms periodically to reflect changes to our Services, business practices, technology, or legal obligations.
The updated version will be posted on Eventill.com with a revised “Last Updated” date.
Your continued use of Eventill after revised Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms to the extent permitted by law.
23. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTES
These Terms and any dispute relating to Eventill will be governed by the laws of the State of [INSERT STATE], without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Any legal proceeding concerning these Terms or the Services will be brought in the appropriate state or federal courts located in [INSERT COUNTY AND STATE], unless applicable consumer-protection law gives you the right to bring a proceeding elsewhere.
Before filing a formal legal action, you and Eventill agree to make a reasonable effort to resolve the dispute informally by contacting the other party and describing the issue.
24. SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
The invalid provision will be interpreted or modified only to the extent necessary to make it enforceable where permitted by law.
25. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These Terms, together with Eventill’s Privacy Policy and any additional terms presented in connection with a particular event, booking, venue, service, or transaction, constitute the agreement between you and Eventill concerning your use of the Services.
